This International Standard gives the morphological and structural terminology, in English, French and Russian, of the following fruits and vegetables : 1 Onion 2 Leek 3 Garlic 4 Peach 5 Celeriac or celery root 6 Asparagus 7 Beetroot or beet 8 Round-headed cabbage 9 Cucumber and gherkin 10 Carrot 11 Strawberry 12 Tomato 13 Apple 14 Rooted parsley or Hamburg parsley 15 Apricot 16 Plum, prune 17 Pear 18 Currant (red, white) 19 Potato 20 Grape For each fruit or vegetable, the botanical name is given first, followed by the common name in English, French and Russian.
