GSO ISO 3632-1:1997 Scope
This GSO standard specifies the requirements for saffron obtained from the flowers of Crocus sativus Linnaeus.
It is applicable to saffron in either of the following forms:
- in whole filaments as a loose, elastic and hygroscopic mass of filaments, or
- in powder form.
