GSO IEC 60510-3-1:2015 Scope
The measurement methods described in this part are intended to reveal the transmission performance of satellite earth stations used for the transmission of f.d.m. telephony, monochrome television and colour television. The measurements are general and are applicable to combinations of two or more sub-systems.
It is intended that this part shall be used in conjunction with Part 1 of this publication:
Methods of Measurement Common to Sub-systems and Combinations of Sub-systems.
