This International Standard specifies a closed-circuit drycleaning machine, and suitable methods of checking the following characteristics: — solvent consumption; — efficiency of solvent recovery during drying; — solvent concentrations in the atmosphere surrounding the closed-circuit dry-cleaning machine. For safety requirements concerning the industrial use of these machines, reference should be made to the appropriate regulations.
