GSO 31:1984 Scope
This standard is concerned with the methods of test for:
1.1 PVC-insulated cables with circular copper conductors, for operation at voltages up to and including 450 V to earth and 750 V between conductors.
1.2 PVC-insulated flexible cords with circular copper conductors, for operation at voltages up to and including 300 V to earth and 500 V between conductors.
