YSMO GSO 1941:2020 Scope
This standard is concerned with water base or oil base marking pencils which consists of a reservoir made of plastic, glass or metal and containing an absorbent part impregnated with ink and attached to a point made of fiber or plastic, used for text marking. It does not concerned with water based pencils with drawing brush.
